team of successful business people having a meeting in executive sunlit office.jpegYou know how dynamic the automotive industry is, and you thrive in that environment. You love talking to customers, explaining options, and helping them choose products and services that will give them a great ownership experience. If you have automotive experience and this describes you, we want to talk to you. Your exceptional skills are in demand and we can guide you to multiple high-paying opportunities.

F&I  Positions

The best automotive dealerships employ great F&I professionals that work well with sales pros, managers, customers, and lenders. Great F&I professionals wear a number of hats. Besides reading and understanding credit reports and speaking with customers about their financing needs, they act as lender liaisons to obtain the best interest rates and terms for dealership patrons. While this includes consumers with exceptional credit scores, people with less than stellar credit need to purchase and finance cars as well. Great F&I people are able to finesse these situations and arrange appropriate financing regardless of credit score.

Additionally, the dealer’s F&I people are responsible for completing all of the contracts and sales paperwork involved while maintaining strict compliance with state, local, and federal laws.

They also have expert product knowledge about the insurance, extended warranty, and aftermarket products offered, and can skillfully impart that information in a way that urges them to take action during the delivery of their new or used vehicle. Working with the right menu system highlights the benefits of the products and ensures that every delivery is done in the same manner and every product is offered to each customer.
